Lodging rates
A single bedroom costs $300 for a four-night stay.
You must pay for all four nights. You do not have to stay all four nights. We are unable to book and charge for rooms on a per-night basis.

Check-in information
Guests may check in on Tuesday, July 30, or Wednesday, July 31, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, make sure to confirm check-out instructions with Georgetown staff.
Check-in time is 4 to 6 p.m.
Georgetown staff will set up a table in the main lobby of the Harbin building to check guests into their housing and provide troubleshooting support for SwitchTech access.
If you arrive from 6 to 10 p.m.
Late arrivals on July 30th and 31st from 6:00 to 10 p.m. should check in at the summer housing office.
Thankfully, it’s pretty much next door to Harbin Hall.
The Summer Housing Office is in 207 Village C West (Above GUPD, Next to GERMS).

If you arrive overnight from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Guests arriving overnight (10 pm to 8 am) should call our Night Duty number so a staff member can assist them with checking in.
If you arrive after July 31
Guests arriving after the start of their housing can check in at the summer housing office.
Check-out information
You must check out by Saturday, August 3, by 10 a.m.
- The standard checkout period is 8:30-10:00 am.
- All conference participants must vacate and check out of their rooms by 10:00 a.m. on August 3rd.
It is our understanding that Georgetown will be in contact and will provide check-out instructions. Be sure to confirm your check-out instructions when you arrive.
